In 2007, Damon Collazo joined as a partner, solidifying the foundation of a turn-key independent casting company headquartered in Encino, California. Together, they have assembled a team of industry-leading casting directors boasting over 300 combined shows on their impressive resumes. As a seasoned Casting Director and Partner, Jason’s journey in reality television began with a bang, as he made his debut as a cast member on MTV’s iconic series, The Real World: Boston. Swiftly transitioning into casting for Bunim-Murray Productions, he refined his craft under the mentorship of some of the industry’s pioneering reality producers. Eventually, Jason struck out on his own, founding Cornwell Casting Inc.His portfolio speaks volumes, spanning from adrenaline-fueled FOX game shows like MENTAL SAMURAI and CHERRIES WILD to sophisticated dating shows such as JOE MILLIONAIRE: FOR RICHER OR POORER and FARMER WANTS A WIFE. His latest success story includes the hit game show, THE 1% CLUB, exclusively on AMAZON PRIME.
Originally from a small town in Arkansas, Jason now resides in Encino with his wife and son.
Originally from Ohio, Chadwick boasts a diverse entertainment background spanning over 15 years, with roots in sketch comedy and improv. His journey began at Warner Bros., where he contributed to the production of Two Broke Girls before transitioning into reality television, lending his talents to shows like Sweet Home Alabama, Celebrity Name Game, Joe Millionaire, Farmer Wants a Wife, Cherries Wild, 1% Club and numerous others. Joining Cornwell Casting in 2015, Chadwick is a Sr. Casting Producer, relishing the opportunity to delve into people’s stories and bring fun and originality into his interviews. Beyond work, he cherishes family time with his wife and their eight- year-old son, is an avid comic book collector, loves to create TikToks and run races around California.
Cara is the owner of Cara Casting and a Casting Recruiter who began her career in front of the camera with appearances on shows like Law & Order, The Sopranos, 7th Heaven, and The X-Files, an experience that shaped her unique perspective as a casting director. A native New Yorker now based in Los Angeles, she’s known for being hardworking, collaborative, and a straight-shooter who knows how to bring out the best in on-camera talent—especially non-actors. For Cara, casting and production are equal parts exhausting, hilarious, frustrating, and wonderful, and she approaches every project with passion, honesty, and the same dedication as the creators behind it.
Kat is an award-winning casting professional with a demonstrated expertise in finding the big, bold characters that audiences love! In 2025, Kat won a Sports Emmy for the hit Olympics show Olympic Highlights starring Kevin Hart & Kenan Thompson, and in 2024, she was Emmy nominated for casting Family Dinner on Magnolia and won multiple Telly Awards for The Hart of it All on Peacock. In her first feature film casting, Kat won 3 Cannes Lions in 2025 for casting and producing the film Group Therapy (available on Amazon Prime), starring Neil Patrick Harris and more. In Sept 2025, Kat completed her 16th year of Talent Producing for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (The Emmys) and she holds an extensive list of credits in long-form and short-form television as an EP, Co-EP, Casting Director, Casting Producer, Casting Recruiter, and more. Kat loves working with the team at Cornwell Collazo, and is proud to have been part of many Cornwell Collazo-led show castings including FOX’s Mental Samurai, The 1% Club, and an upcoming game show for Netflix.
