Founded in 2006 by Jason Cornwell, a former cast member of Real World Boston turned casting producer, Cornwell Casting embarked on a mission to curate the most compelling casts across all genres of reality television.

In 2007, Damon Collazo joined as a partner, solidifying the foundation of a turn-key independent casting company headquartered in Encino, California. Together, they have assembled a team of industry-leading casting directors boasting over 300 combined shows on their impressive resumes. This state-of-the-art, all-inclusive casting company stands at the forefront of the industry, collaborating with major production companies and networks. With a plethora of shows already aired and more in production, Cornwell & Collazo Casting remains dedicated to transforming concepts into series, always on the lookout for the next exceptional talent.
